1. About Numstash

Numstash ("we", "us", "our") is an online platform that provides two services: virtual phone numbers for SMS verification, and social media marketing (SMM) services. We operate at numstash.net and serve users primarily in Nigeria and Cameroon.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Numstash. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Virtual Number Service

Our virtual number service provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. By using this service you agree that:

• Numbers are for one-time SMS verification only and are not permanent phone numbers
• Numbers expire after 20 minutes of inactivity
• You will not use numbers for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• You will not use numbers to impersonate others or bypass security systems for malicious intent
• Refunds are only issued if no SMS is received within the expiry period via the cancel button
• We are not responsible if a third-party service rejects or blocks our numbers

4. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Service

Our SMM panel provides social media growth services including followers, likes, views and other engagement metrics. By using this service you agree that:

• SMM services are provided through third-party suppliers and delivery times may vary
• We do not guarantee specific results or permanent retention of delivered engagement
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of SMM services complies with the terms of the social media platforms involved
• Orders once placed and processing cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the service explicitly supports cancellation
• We are not liable for any account restrictions imposed by social media platforms as a result of using our SMM services
• Partial delivery may occur on some services — refunds for partial delivery are at our discretion

5. Wallet & Payments

• All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Flutterwave
• Wallet balance never expires and can be used across both services
• Minimum top-up amount is NGN 500
• We do not offer cash withdrawals — wallet balance can only be used for services on Numstash
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims will result in immediate account suspension

6. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must verify your email address to access the platform
• You must not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Numstash to:

• Commit fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity
• Harass, spam, or harm other individuals
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Resell our services without prior written permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse refund or promotional systems

8. Refund Policy

• Virtual Numbers: Automatic refund if cancelled before SMS is received
• SMM Orders: No refunds once an order is submitted and processing has begun, unless the service supports cancellation
• Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days via our WhatsApp support

9. Limitation of Liability

Numstash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Numstash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
