We want every experience on Numstash to be smooth and fair. This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund and how to request one.
Virtual Numbers

Automatic Refund (Eligible)
- You requested a number but no SMS code was received within the 20-minute window
- You clicked the Cancel & Refund button on your dashboard before the number expired
- Refund is credited instantly to your Numstash wallet
โ No Refund (Not Eligible)
- SMS code was successfully delivered to your number
- You did not cancel within the 20-minute window
- The number was rejected by a third-party app โ this is outside our control
- You entered the wrong code or used it incorrectly

- Orders that support cancellation can be cancelled before processing begins โ a refund will be credited to your wallet
- If an order fails completely and no delivery was made, contact us within 7 days for a review
- Partial delivery โ if fewer than 70% of an order is delivered, contact support for a partial refund review
- No refunds once an order has been fully delivered
- No refunds for drop in followers/likes after delivery โ this is normal social media fluctuation outside our control
Wallet Balance
Your Numstash wallet balance never expires and can be used across all services. We do not offer cash withdrawals โ refunds are always credited back to your wallet, not to your bank account or card.
How to Request a Refund
For automatic refunds on virtual numbers, just use the Cancel button on your dashboard โ no need to contact us.

Fraudulent Chargebacks
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a service will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
